As a newborn photographer I'm aware that many new parents who wanted a newborn photo shoot aren't able to have one due to lock down. I know this is really disappointing for lots of new mums, dads and grandparents who have eagerly awaited the arrival of a new baby

 

During the coronavirus lock down, while photography studios are closed, I'm offering a new service where parents send me a picture of baby and I edit the photo to put baby into a lovely background, so parents have a special image or images of their newborn to keep or print and frame for their home. 

The process is really straightforward too! 

 

Step One

 Firstly you complete the contact form below, then I'll be in touch with a link for you to view the backgrounds available. There are 30 beautiful backgrounds to choose from

Step Two

 You select the backgrounds you'd like to have

 

Step Three

I send you a link to make your payment, you click the link and make payment using Paypal or a debit or credit card

 

Step Four

Once payment has been received I send you an email with full guidance and 2 example images to help you take the best pictures possible for your chosen backgrounds

 

Step Five

I email you a link to upload your images, I then get to work making beautiful images for you

Step Six

Once the images are edited and ready, I email you a link to view and download. 

 

You then have beautiful images of your newborn to treasure forever, even though you were unable to have a professional newborn photo shoot!!

Costs

I'll be charging £25 for the service and parents will receive a high resolution digital image of baby on the new background of their choice.

Additional images can be purchased with a different background for £15 each and you can choose as many as you like!

 Due to very high demand I may need to stop taking new orders at short notice, please place your order asap to avoid disappointment. Orders are only confirmed when payment for chosen backgrounds has been made. There is no immediate hurry to take your photos once payment has been made, you can take up to 2 weeks to send your images to me.

FAQ

I already have some lovely photos of my baby, can you edit the photos I have already taken or do I need to take new ones?

I may be able to edit the photos you already have but only if they are suitable, if all of baby is in the photo including all hands and feet and only if the baby is on their back with the photo taken from above. I always recommended taking new for this service once you have received the guidance email but If you'd like me to look at your images to see if I can edit ones you already have please contact me via my Facebook page to discuss this further.

Can I purchase this as a gift?

Absolutely!! This service makes a lovely gift for new parents. You simply decide how many backgrounds you'd like to gift and make your payment.

Then I send you a gift email to forward on to the new parents. They then select their backgrounds and get all the info on how to take their photos.

What age baby is this suitable for?

These images are suitable for babies that will lie on their back for you to take their photo, usually up to around 5 to 6 months.

My baby has a big brother or sister, can they be in the photos too?

I'm afraid this service isn't for sibling photos, it's designed to make sure parents can have a few special photos of their newborn even though studios are closed.

I recommend booking this service for your newborn for now, and then contacting me to book a sibling photo shoot when my studio reopens.

I haven't had my baby yet but I'm due soon, can I book?

If you are due in the next few weeks I can still offer this service as studios won't be opening for newborn photo shoots for a good few weeks yet.  I recommend you book in and choose the number of images you'd like now. If you wait until baby has arrived I may not be taking orders then if I have received the maximum number of orders I can take.
